Three local women who tried to walk right out of Walmart with thousands of dollars in merchandise have been arrested.
Perry Police say the women walked into the store at 1900 South Jefferson Street in Taylor county.
Walmart workers say 24-year-old Brittney Smith, 40-year-old Tammy Bivins and 23-year-old Lishundra Mutch were in the store for about two hours.
Workers say the trio walked out with two shopping carts worth of items.
Taylor county deputies tried to stop the getaway car going north on Highway 19.
Deputies in Jefferson County put out spike strips and finally stopped their green Toyota.
Officials found a flat screen tv, laptop and other items.
