Three minors were involved in a golf cart accident Saturday evening.
Two minors, ages 13 and 14 were driving a golf cart Saturday evening traveling East on Mallard Pond Way when a 3-year-old child ran into the street after a ball.
The Golf cart collided with the child, driving over him and continued to travel several feet east.
The injured child was moved to a garage of a nearby resident prior the arrival of emergency personnel. The child was later transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital with serious injuries to the head and arms.
Florida Highway Patrol was assisted by The Wakulla County Fire Rescue and Wakulla EMS.
