Citizens are receiving letters allegedly from US Airlines stating they are awarded a number of roundtrip tickets. These tickets are valid for travel anywhere in the Continental United States with a retail value of up to a specific amount of money.
The letter states several attempts have been made to contact the citizen and give a phone number to call prior to a certain date. When the citizen calls the number, the citizen is directed to send an amount of up front money.
This is a scam, do not send money.
