Press Release: Quincy Police Department
On Friday, March 8, 2013 at 11:30PM Quincy Police arrested two men for Felony possession of Marijuana with intent to sell. QPD K-9 Lieutenant Eric Howell was on routine patrol when he made contact with several men sitting in a vehicle parked at a local restaurant parking lot. Upon approaching the vehicle the officer could smell a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from the inside of the vehicle.
Upon conducting a search due to the strong odor of an illegal drug two men that were inside the vehicle were found to be in possession of over a pound of marijuana inside a gallon size plastic bag. Both men were arrested and taken to the Gadsden County Jail.
Arrested was: Terrall O. Smith, DOB: 7/19/85 of 460 Carter Road, Quincy, FL. He was charged with Felony Possession of Marijuana with intent to sell.
Arrested was: Cornelius Wooden, DOB: 11/29/86 of 1105 Joe Adams Road, Quincy, FL. He was also charged with Felony Possession of Marijuana with intent to sell.
