Woodville, Florida - November 16, 2011 - Updated by Garin Flowers
Leon County deputies say they arrested a man in connection with a shooting that occurred back in September in Woodville.
A second suspect in the shooting is still on the loose.
Deputies say Shane Cobb and Jonathan Stewart were shot by two men who barged into their home on Forest Wood Drive. Cobb was shot in the head and Stewart was shot in the neck.
"We're very fortunate that both of these men are still alive," said Lt. James McQuaig with the Leon County Sheriff's Office.
"Because they were actually able to help us with this investigation."
Deputies ended up tracking down 22-year-old Casey Tate. He was arrested Tuesday night and deputies say he admitted to being involved. The shooting stemmed from a disagreement over money between Tate and Stewart, McQuaig added.
Tate is charged with armed burglary and two counts of attempted murder.
Deputies are still looking for the second intruder.
"We'd like to say that there are still additional arrests likely and additional charges as well," McQuaig said.

More information will be released about the shooting that took place in Woodville around 11:30am today, according to. Lt. James McQuaig with the Leon County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies continue searching for two people wanted in an early morning shooting.
"I woke up and I looked across the street and I saw everyone out there and I was like oh crap that's like my next door neighbor," says Katelynn Teeter.
It wasn't quite what Katelynn Teeter wanted to wake up to early Sunday morning. She heard gunshots fired and it happened just right across the street from her childhood home.
It all went down at this home at the 8500 block of Forest Wood Drive around 3:45 this morning. That's where deputies say two people were shot here and taken to the hospital.
"I've known him since I was little, I've known him since I was like seven years old so it's really surprising. And you don't expect anything like that to happen to people you actually know, " says Teeter.
Deputies wouldn't tell us the names of the two men who were shot, but say two men entered the home, demanded money, and eventually fired shots.
As investigators continued to clear the scene all Sunday morning, folks like Raymond Ferrell is now more worried about the safety of his 89-year old mother who lives only feet away from where it all went down.
"I'm very concerned here. That's why we keep everything locked up around here and we got dogs too so," says Ferrell.
"I wanna know what happened and I wanna make sure everyone's ok," says Teeter.
Deputies say the two suspects are still at large and they are continuing their search for them.
