Valdosta, GA - Valdosta Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that happened over the labor day weekend.

It happened on Lee Street on the East side of Valdosta.
VPD tells us a woman called 911 after a black vehicle slowed down and fired several shots into her home. The woman, and another man in the home at the time of the shooting, both told police they don't know a motive.

"It is a possibility that they did not know anything about it. It may be that someone's not telling the whole story", says Lt. Aaron Kirk, of the Valdosta Police Department.

VPD also says they have no description of the suspects and the vehicle other than it was a black passenger vehicle.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call Valdosta Police at (229) 242-2606.
