You've no doubt heard of the Grinch who stole Christmas. How about the villain who stole Valentines day?
Folks at Artistic Flowers in Tallahassee tell us a temporary delivery man hired to help with the Valentines rush, made off with nearly 33-hundred dollars worth of roses and floral arrangements.
We've heard from several customers who were shocked to find out why their flowers were late.
"People you know get excited about Valentines Day flowers. It's something to look forward to, so that guy really, not only stole those flowers and the money for the flower shop but, you know, kind of ruined those people's day," said Jill Chandler whose father sends her flowers every Valentine's Day. "I wouldn't say mine was ruined but I was definitely disappointed."
Chandler eventually had her flowers delivered on Thursday.
We stopped by Artistic Flowers this afternoon. They tell us they are still working to deliver arrangements to all those who were counting on them for Valentines Day. They tell us they have just a few orders left.
