Quincy, FL - The Gadsden County Supervisor of Elections Office tested all of the voting machines for its 25 voting locations Tuesday morning.
The testing is required by law to make sure that all machines are working properly before the election.
Administrators filled out ballots and ran them through each machine. The absentee and audio machines were also tested.
The Gadsden County Supervisor of Elections, Shirley Green Knight, says, "You won't have any mishaps or things that go wrong. So, that's why we test and we re-test and we re-test. We're checking and reconciling everything and it looks good."
The primary election is August 26th. Early voting is August 15th through the 23rd. Go to http://www.gadsdensoe.com/ for more information.
