It's an exciting day for one Tallahassee woman who was handed over the keys to her brand new home... all thanks to Habitat for Humanity and students who volunteered from Florida State University.
The home is located off of Victoria Street in Tallahassee.
Friends and family gathered to welcome Eunice Williams to her new home.
Williams will have 80% of the price of her home covered by Habitat for Humanity, which means her cost of living will be half of what she was paying before.
"It will mean that it's something that is mine and rent is over with for me. You know, i want to depend on something that will always be mine and i'm just so thankful," said Williams.
FSU's Habitat for Humanity chapter and the Tallahassee Board of Realtors sponsored the home dedication.
There will be another home presented sometime in May.
