A Jacksonville woman trying to get her driver's license is probably going to need some more practice.
Florida Highway Patrol says 24-year-old Preethi Naidu Ramamoorthy was pulling into a space behind the driver's license office after finishing her road test Wednesday morning. That's when troopers say she accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake and ran into the building.
The instructor was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Ramamoorthy was not injured, and the building did not appear to be damaged.
Ramamoorthy was issued a citation for an improper stop.
She did not receive a driver's license.
