An Atlanta-area rapper is in hot water with a well-known cigar company after using the company's name as his own.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, 23-year-old Jontae Green is known as Mista Swissher Sweet. Green says he adopted the name because it was his late brother's favorite cigar, but the company is not touched.
In fact, Swisher International is suing the Austell rapper, saying he shouldn't have used the brand's name and logos on his website and in art for his album. The lawsuit accuses Green of trademark infringement and asks for any profits the rapper received because of it.
