DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- A Volusia County deputy was rushed to the hospital after a venomous snake bit him during a training exercise.

The sheriff's office reports that Deputy Timothy McGuire was
with state corrections officers in a wooded area near Daytona Beach on Monday when what was likely a diamondback rattlesnake bit him.

He was taken by helicopter to a nearby hospital, where he was
treated with antivenom. Officials didn't find the snake that bit McGuire. A corrections officer in the group who collected snakes looked at the puncture wounds on McGuire's leg. The corrections officer estimated the snake to be at least 4 or 5 feet long.

McGuire, who is recovering, says it was the worst pain he had
ever felt in his life.

Snake bites are more painful then labor for your infomation and have long lasting effects. Labor last a few hours and its done except for the rug rat you had, use birth control you'll have no pain if there was a snake control pill everyone that goes into the forest would use it. Get real!
