The one voice coalition hosted a rally to promote community service and raise awareness to crime activity.

About one hundred people showed up in the southside to march for a cause.

This is the second time One Voice has hosted a community event like this. They had people marching in the streets of southside neighborhoods picking up trash.

Community leaders were also there to support the group.

There was a booth set up for people to register to vote, a group for young men called 50 large, along with a church group.

The group ultimate goal is to hold more events to bring more awareness about the issues of street violence and gangs.

The rally was held at the Orange Avenue Apartments.
