Postal Worker Accused of Worker's Comp Fraud

A former Tallahassee mail carrier is accused of pocketing more than $10,000 dollars in bogus worker's comp claims.

Jacque Myers was arraigned in Federal Court Thursday. Court documents show Myers reported a work-related back injury in 2009.

Court documents say Myers received workers compensation payments of more than $11,000 over the next six months. Her attorney had no comment. Myer's next court date is April 12.
