22-year-old Noora Naraghi would be a beginner motocross rider by American standards.

Not only is she a champion in her home country of Iran, she created the country's first women's motocross championship race.

"I want to teach a lot of women in Iran," said Naraghi. "I want all the women to know that if they want something they can reach it. It's easy. Like I said, just one step and the other steps come to them."

But Noora hasn't just taken steps, they've been more so leaps of faith, leaving everything she knew in the dust to come to Tallahassee and train with the world's best.

1,500 miles away from her home country she trains, covered from head to toe, driven to conquer a male dominated sport and one that's discouraged by her home country.

She's teamed up with Stefy Bau, a two time world champ and the first woman to ever compete against men professionally in motocross.

Like Noora, she left her Italian home 10 years ago in pursuit of something great.

"When you want to make something and really have the desire in life to make a difference, there's really nothing that can stop you," said Bau.

Everyday Noora puts her pen to paper detailing her American experience in her native tongue, showing she's not forgetting who she is, but hopes who she's becoming blazes a trail.
