Ryan Welke is in Tallahassee for a while. The 20-year-old plays collegiate baseball and needs a place to train during his off season.

"It's top notch," said Welke. " They've really expanded it to help more kids and really conducive to the entirety of baseball."

What looks like a small space in a Tallahassee shopping center, is actually a baseball and softball player's paradise.

The facility has batting cages, places for pitching and infield practice and of course, the MVP lounge complete with Xbox and arcade games.

Tim Maynard drives an hour from Cairo, GA to bring his son Riley to Next Level.

He says it's the best training around.

"What they've done for Riley and this is our third lesson, it's amazing and I'm not just saying that," said Maynard. He's crushing the ball. I mean really."

All of the coaches have collegiate or professional experience, like president Mike Hyde who played for the Yankees.

"They're working hard but they always have a smile on their faces and they're excited to learn all of the techniques and fundamentals that go along with the game," Mike Hyde. "They're having fun watching themselves grow as baseball players and as people."

The facility opened a couple of months ago, offering lessons, camps and other training.

Everyday more than 50 people walk through the doors, all with different goals, but confident their coaches will help get them there.
