Rogers, Gunter, Vaughn Insurance, Inc. was crowned Businesses of the Year today by the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and its members. The announcement was made during the annual Chamber Awards, which recognizes businesses for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the community.

In front of a large audience filled with local leaders and business owners, the Chamber also unveiled its new Our Business is Your Business campaign, which coincides with the organization’s enhanced member benefits, revamped programs, and member offers for a direct return on investment.
Through the campaign, new and current Chamber members will see and experience the organization’s effort to help them build a successful business to provide jobs, support families, give back to the community and enhance the quality of life in the region. As the region’s largest and most influential business organization, the Chamber finds that meeting individual and current business needs is the best way to build a vibrant business community.
“The Chamber understands that business success and community success are tied together,” said Chamber President Sue Dick. “By telling our members that our business is your business, we’re demonstrating that we’re focused on their needs so we can make them stronger, which in turn will help our city grow and thrive.”
The Chamber focuses on providing member benefits in three main areas: training resources/professional development, networking/business connections and business advocacy. The annual dues for a chamber membership cover the following services:

Members also play an integral role in shaping the Chamber’s services. Every year, the Chamber adopts programs and services in response to real-time member needs and priorities.
