The dividend, which is unchanged from the prior quarter, produces an annualized rate of $.40 per common share and is payable on September 23, 2011 to shareowners of record as of September 9, 2011. The annualized dividend yield is 3.89% based on a closing stock price of $10.29 on August 24, 2011.
