Block Between Mitchell Ave. and Terrace St. - The City of Tallahassee will close one block of East Seventh Avenue between Mitchell Avenue and Terrace Street on Saturday, Nov. 20, starting at 8 a.m. for sewer line repairs. The detour route will be clearly posted and weather permitting, East Seventh Avenue should be reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
