Many people strive for fitness for their New Year's resolution. One Tallahassee business strives for that all year long.
Titus Sports Academy trains kids and adults--some who just learned to walk, others who are walking to greatness.
Everywhere you look, kids are working to get bigger, faster, and stronger. Physical fitness is only one of the functions of Titus Sports Academy. The goal is keep kids healthy, but there's so much more.
"Titus is a facility that's going to help you get faster, that's part of it. But we'll help you with your confidence, help you find a sport you like to play and stay active," said Michael Bunton of Titus Sports Academy.
There are almost 200 trainers that work with the Titus brand. A few are in Tallahassee, but some are in Jacksonville and all over the map.
"As Titus, we focus on the relationships with the clients, relationships with the community and try to reach out to as many people as we can."
If you're not into sports, you may not know much about Titus, and that's exactly how they want to keep it.
"We're not big into advertising or publicity. We want to be a fit where we need to be a fit."
You may find Titus training your neighbor, or working field days at school, helping the Governor, or working with seniors. Ernie Sims has come through the doors, as has World Series MVP Buster Posey.
"We change kids lives and get them excited about exercise."
