Tallahassee, Florida—A job fair will be held Monday, June 3rd through Wednesday, June 5th, for the new Bass Pro Shops Outpost opening later this year in Tallahassee.
Those interested in employment with the outdoors store need to apply in person at the Tallahassee Automobile Museum (Cord Room) at 6800 Mahan Drive, in Tallahassee, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day.
Applications will be accepted for full-time and part-time positions in the following departments: fishing, camping, hunting, archery, footwear, apparel/gifts, marine accessories, receiving and customer service. In addition, Bass Pro Shops will be employing cashiers, greeters, stockers, marine technicians, boat riggers, boat detailers and boat sales consultants. You must be 18 years old to apply.
Associate benefits provided include an excellent wage potential, flexible morning and evening schedules, holiday pay, medical insurance, and associate discounts at Bass Pro Shops.
The 55,000 square-foot outdoor store, located at 4059 Lagniappe Way, is scheduled to open late summer or early fall. A special “Evening for Conservation”, that is free and open to the public, will take place the night before the official grand opening and will feature celebrities, entertainment and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
