Famous Dave's Barbecue Restaurant shut its doors in Tallahassee six months ago and its owner was arrested for failing to pay sales tax.
Now, a new restaurant has opened its doors at the same spot on Capital Circle Northeast.
Cody's Roadhouse had its grand opening Wednesday.

Easter: I'm not sure where you get your information from, but I work for Cody's Corporate and we've NEVER been in bankruptcy and we are NOT in bankruptcy. Yes, you are correct, if we were in bankruptcy we wouldn't be opening new locations. So please have your facts straight before spreading bad rumors about us; we just want to put out a great product in a great community and we appreciate everyone's patronage!
