Rugao Officials Visit Tallahassee for Matchmaker Roundtable Meeting

The Capital Region Manufacturer's Roundtable on Thursday, April 19, included Skyped participation from Rugao, China, Tallahassee's Sister City and home to an office of Bing Energy.
