By 2015, half of the workforce will be comprised of people born after 1995, the millenials.
Seth Mattison of Bridgeworks says that shift is creating trends.
"Seventy percent of millenials don't think it's necessary to go to the office," said Mattison.
He says the explosion of social media is here to stay. "Millenials don't feel comfortable making phone calls," said Mattison.
He says many young people prefer using texting, e-mail, Skype or other technology to communicate. Mattison says don't assume the type of communication a client prefers to use.
