Researchers are learning more about why tumors grow back even after they're removed. A new study found tumors can not only spread through the body by sending out tiny cells called seeds - but they can Reseed themselves.
The findings may one day lead to to the development of new drugs that can stop cancer from spreading.
A new report has uncovered a strong link between stress and memory loss. Researchers say chronic stress can speed up memory loss in older people who are already experiencing some sort of mental decline, but being stressed didn't appear to affect memory in seniors who didn't already have some kind of mental impairment.
Tylenol has often been a go-to for painful headaches, but new research suggests the drug may also help treat a broken heart. Researchers gave one group of college students 1,000 milligrams of Acetaminophen -- the main ingredient in Tylenol -- every day for three weeks. Another group got placebos. Those taking acetaminophen reported fewer hurt feelings and social pain during the experiment.
