I'm gettin tired of these rednecks driving their bigfoot trucks anywhere they please. They think they are at some monster jams event drivin over mud and cars and its getting old

Perhaps it was a CarQuest employee. This would not be surprising, given the extremely dangerous manner in which their employees drive their marked CarQuest cars.

It is bad that this happened at all, but at least nobody was injured and he wasn't on the road where he might have killed himself and/or others.
