Yes, Yes!, YES!! This is what I've been saying, but your suggestions are even better. These parents (usually single; who knows WHO dear old dad is, much less where he is), who can't be bothered to properly raise their kids should be thrown in jail with them. If they won't take the time to do so on their own, let them have some "quality time" with their little darlings behind bars.
Hey!! I have a great idea, all you touchy feely family members that want to stand behind this mutt and his actions, making excuses for him. How about we the people enact a law that forces the family of these crooks to pay for the damages. Garnish your wages, sieze your bank accounts and property and liquidate anything you have until the victim gets compensation. Also lets force you to feed and do his laundry while he sits in jail for 5 years. Imagine the decrease in crime if these punks parents, cousins, and relatives had to fork over their property and time. Jr wouldnt get food unless momma brought him something every day. Now that would be justice. Cut the welfare checks when they allow them to go rogue on the community, take away any assistance the parents and siblings get, and the cousins too. I bet that would curve the crime rate coming out of these rotten baby factories. The facts are, there is a huge difference between races. Buzzards and Eagles are birds and bleed red but that dont make them brothers.
