First Annual SpAIDS Competition

Community members are welcomed to join Jacob Chapel Baptist Church and community advocates to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS and to support Big Bend Cares. An educational presentation and confidential HIV/AIDS tests will be conducted by qualified staff of the Leon County Health Department. The main event is a tournament-style spades competition. Entry is $15 per team of two. Other card, electronic and board games will be available to spectators in addition to food and door prizes for a general admission fee of $5. Proceeds from the event will support the 22nd Annual Big Bend Cares AIDS Walk/5k Run.
