Florida has more people. Florida also has generates a lot of revenue from tourists (much more than Georgia). Seems like this would be a pretty easy thing to figure out - especially when you're sitting in front of a computer.

how can ga run their state govt on 19 billion and florida needs 70 billion? seems like there is a lot of waste in the fla budget get rid of the bricks
