@Bob--who are you talking to about being a pile of sh$t? I have read all of these posts so far and everyone is being so kind and respectful except the one comment Anonymous made when asked what tanker company it was. This is a sad tragedy.

Fast Eddie was a man among men, few were even in his category and none were his equal. One of the most considerate, honest, and caring gentleman I have ever met. Everyone who has ever known him, even for a brief period of time, will agree, someone special has gone on too soon.

I have only had the pleasure of knowing Ed for about 6 Years but he was very good to me. And when I was in need he was happy to step up and help. Just the kind of person we need more of in this world. That big smile will be thought of and missed. I wish the best to his Mother and Daughter and Marion. Ed will be missed. My prayers are with him and his family.. God Bless

I knew Eddie for 10 years. You could not find a nicer, more genuine person than he was. This is a great loss to all that knew him. He was a great friend, our family will deeply miss him, and it was a great honor just to know him. Our prayers go out to his family.
