I bet this girl gets more time in prison for stealing $8500, than any of the people from FAMU who killed that boy, kicking and punching him to death.

the employees of the clerks office get a raise every year and usually a cost of living increase just like fsu and most local government, it is only state workers who do not get raises, everyone else does.

She probably did it for several years before getting caught in some internal audit that likely identified a huge number of 'dismissed' tickets by her specifically which didn't 'fit' the norm for the office. She got finally caught and that sucks for her...the pain and punishment just isn't worth $8500. However, you have to admire her for finding a way to 'rip off' the traffic ticket honey pot that is raping the Community with its Red Light Ticketing Program. If the 'little people are stealing' I am sure the 'top dogs' are getting theirs somewhere in the process as well... It is doggy DOG these days folks...

don't excuse the stealing. If you want a raise, go above and beyond. If your employer can not afford to pay more, and your job skills and job proformance warrant it, move on to aother employer who can pay.
