Thank you Mr. Vernon. While poster "tl" may be correct about why we have a Memorial Day it certainly can't hurt to say Thanks, Thanks, and Thanks again (whatever the occasion) to all who, as young men, faced the horror of war with honor and bravery. A million thanks.

Memorial day is a day of remembering those military personnel who lost their lives IN COMBAT for this country. It is not about those who just served in the military, that's why we have Veterans Day.
