Most of the times it means that the judge did not properly instruct the jurors befdore they went into deliberations. There are also far too many semi-literates sitting on juries.

I thought we cleared this up with the Casey Anthony trial. Just because someone is acquitted doesn't mean a mistake was made, it means the prosecutors didn't do a good enough job, or at least that the defense attorneys did a better one. Stop blaming the juries for doing what they're supposed to do.

this is really sad - had he not been acquitted the first time, in which Im sure he did it - this would have never happen...

Yes, Mark I do agree. If he had been behind bars where he needs to be then this sitter and those kids would still be alive. RIP
