Yeah joe, if Leon county commissioners see this story, they will appove the expenciture of another 3.4 mil for a "Gator Tunnel". Think of the people who will flock to Tallahassee to see: A Turtle Tunnel, A Gator Tunnel and the "Gaines Street" express.

I can see it now DOT will be putting up "ALLIGATOR CROSSING SIGNS". Crossing signs are not just for DEER and Trains anymore.

OK, wait a minute now. So the alligator was negligent in crossing the road? The alligator should know better than to go near a roadway when moving from one area to another? That's totally ridiculous! If a car hit an alligator, then it's the fault of the driver - not the alligator!
