Tally - so that your obnoxious dog annoys the entire neighborhood? A dog barks when it is bored. We have neighbors who leave their dog outside and it yelps all night long. The owners should be beaten.

I own two 4 pound yorkies and one thing that really annoys me is when they uncontrolably bark at my husky for no reason. I simply fix the problem by opening the sliding door and placing them in the back yard. They are 4 pounds, they maybe loud and obnoxious but I can never image punching them. I could never even push them. They are so tiny.
Are u talking about the incident where the dog was chained up and the child walked across the street and entered the dogs private area and got killed? If so, I feel bad for the dog because he was only doing what he thought he was supposed to do. I believe the owner of the dog was at fault just as much as the child's mom. I understand children can get away from u real quick but it seems like from the story that the dog was chained up in the front yard everyday across the street. I know if I had a neighbor who had a dog chained in his yard I would be even more cautious with my child while we were in the front yard. It was an unfortunate accident. I believe they put the dog down too.
Well, your mother and father created you and paid for your food, water, clothing, and anything else you need while u were growing up.... How would u feel if u upset them and they punched u? U must feel real good about your self, I can tell u have a real high self esteem from your arrogant comment.

But the dog may have deserved it. Some dogs are vicious - even little ones.
