Lamb Loaf
Gregory Brown, Executive Chef of Avenue Eat & Drink

Ingredients:
Lamb Loaf
1 lb Ground lamb
1 c panko bread crumbs
1 med sweet onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 c red bell pepper, diced
1/3 c celery, diced
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Sautee veggies in a scant amount of olive oil until softened; cool. Add to lamb along with remaining ingredients and mix well together.
Bake at 350 until firm in the middle.
