¼ cup of shredded cheese (your choice) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Mix eggs and heavy cream in mixing bowl
3. Add olive oil to a medium sauce pan and heat on medium, once oil is hot add vegetables and minced garlic and sauté for about 10-15minutes. Season with a little basil, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Add egg mixture along with sautéed vegetables to deep dish pie crust. Add a small pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
5. Cook for 45 minutes on 375 until crust is golden brown
