crash of a Navy Seahawk helicopter Friday night off the coast of San
A Navy spokeswoman says the chopper was based at a naval air
station near San Diego and was providing support for a training
exercise by the aircraft carrier, Abraham Lincoln, and its strike
The helicopter went down about 100 miles from shore. The cause
isn't known but the spokeswoman says all on board were ``picked up
pretty quickly.'' She says none of them had any serious injuries.
