MIAMI (AP) _ Miami-Dade police say one person has been arrested
in connection to the shooting of a Brinks armored car guard during
a robbery attempt.

Marvin Larod Conley is charged with attempted murder and
attempted armed robbery. Miami-Dade police expect to charge a second suspect. A third suspect is still at large.

Authorities say the suspects were wearing ski masks when they
approached the guard at a gas station, then shot him and took off
in a silver Dodge Magnum.

The driver is being treated at the hospital for a gunshot wound
and is in good condition.
