ATLANTA (AP) _ The sponsor of a law that banned registered sex
offenders from living within 1,000 feet of areas where children
congregate says the Legislature will revisit the issue after the
state Supreme Court struck it down. In a unanimous opinion today,
the court said the law provided "no place in Georgia'' for
offenders to live.
