TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) _ There have been a lot of toy recalls this year and that's raising concerns about toy safety this holiday shopping season.
Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum is urging parents to make a toy list and check it twice, and he's helping you find out who's been naughty or nice.
McCollum's office has put together a "Do Not Shop List,'' which shows you the latest list of recalled toys. It's a list you should have when you go shopping for children's toys.
You can find the recalled items on the attorney general's Web site at www.myfloridalegal.com. Just click on the link below the red train.
Most of the recalled toys should have already been pulled from store shelves, but the attorney general says some may still show up at flea markets and resale shops.
Parents are also urged to go back and check any toys that they purchased before the recalls were issued.
