Texas authorities say they have tentatively identified the girl known only as "Baby Grace'' as Riley Ann Sawyers.
A girl's body was found in Galveston Bay last month in a plastic storage bin.
They're waiting on DNA test results before making a positive identification.
Authorities say the couple charged in the case reportedly told relatives that the girl was taken in July by someone claiming to be an Ohio social worker.
But authorities say they never told police she was missing.
The couple has been charged with injury to a child and tampering with evidence.
