CITRA, Fla. (AP) -- Three people are under arrest in connection with the beating and fatal burning of a 64-year-old Citra man.
The Ocala Star-Banner reports that the three suspects met victim Robert Hiles after he'd placed a Craigslist ad seeking tenants.
Marion County sheriff's detectives arrested 23-year-old Dillon Gresham, 20-year-old Timothy Mayhew and 22-year-old Angel Long.
Authorities say Mayhew and Gresham robbed Hiles' home after tying him up to a rocking chair and beating him. Investigators say the pair then set the home on fire and left in Hiles' car.
Firefighters found Hiles beaten and burned in the doorway of his home in Citra.
Both men face murder charges, and Mayhew also faces an arson charge. Long faces charges of being a principal to murder.
