ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) The Orlando judge agreed Thursday with prosecutors' arguments that some restrictions are needed so that the images do not find their way into the media. He said he would decide what restrictions to implement at a later date.

Casey Anthony appeared in the courtroom for the hearing, her
first public appearance since she was indicted with first-degree
murder and other charges.

Caylee was 2 years old when she went missing in June, but her
remains were not found until last month. She had been missing for
about a month before her mother reported it.

This is a case of which has brought a circus filled with characters. From those who post their thoughts of whom, what, or where this crime occurred - to those whom take a number to physically fight to get into a line (by running over each other) to be in a court room. You all, have to seriously get a life. If you were on the jury panel - that is different, however - this case has brought to life a bunch of clowns who need this colorful circus - to fulfill their voids in their lives. You are all truly pitiful.

Look as dysfunctional as that family is I truely beleive Casey hates her mom so much she wanted to say F you and killed her daughter to get the last word! And mommy dearest says I LOVE YOU. Come on she just murdered your defenseless baby grandaughter. What would it take for the parents to get a clue? Now incest you would think those lawyers would get a bigger clue SHE IS LYING!

I KNOW this is the unpopular comment here, BUT really,if this trial wasnt so publicized, the DA wouldnt be able to convict her w/ the evidence, yes, I agree we all think she did it, BUT in court, the burden is on the PROSECUTION! BEYOND all reasonable doubt,c'mon, a smell in a can?NO DNA,no prints,no witnesses, she will be found guilty b/c no jury member will be untainted by all the media coverage,I agree, I feel she did it,but she should be allowed a fair trial, that photo where Caylee turns into a skull next to her smiling mother, that wouldnt be allowed in another courtroom, thats grounds for a mistrial,PERIOD!

i think Casey's sick just remembering bagging her rotting daughter up. That must have been a chore. I also think she's crying because she knows that she's toast. I hope she has a date "riding the lightning" soon. That little girl deserves some justice

I believe she died because mom wanted to play but not give her mother any more power over her daughter, and it went bad!
