It's a Minnesota man's dream come true! He starts his very own city and while only four people make up Mount Holly, Minnesota.

Mike Haeg says all good things start small. Already this year, the population of his tiny town has grown 300 percent. That happened when he granted his wife and two kids' citizenship.

Right now Haeg is the mayor of Mount Holly, head of public works and the lead librarian at the city library.

He says it helps that the entire town is a two block radius right around his home. In the coming years, Haeg plans to get Mount Holly its own zip code, city limit signs and designation as a tree city USA.

He has also offered incentives for people to move to his town. One of the many perks he says of making Mount Holly your home is that he's got a 10-year-old who will mow your lawn and shovel your walk.
