A Spanish research team has come up with an idea to ward off the sting of jelly fish...repel them.
Spain is one of the worlds top tourist spots and tourist and jellyfish both love warm water.
Which is a problem because last year Spain's Red Cross saw more than 70,000 allergies caused by jellyfish contact.
The government also has approved a plan to create an armada of recreational boaters to spot the stinging blobs and summon help. Spain's Mediterranean waters are home to half a dozen kinds of jellyfish.
So when will this cream be available in the U.S.?
The repellent cream could reach the U.S. by as early as next summer, just in time for you to throw it into your beach bag with your sunscreen and head to the beach.
