The collapse sent vehicles, concrete and twisted metal crashing
into the water. The span, which links Minneapolis and St. Paul,
broke into several huge sections.
There are dozens of vehicles in the rubble, some stacked on top
of each other.
Smoke has been rising from a burning tractor-trailer truck. A
school bus is on a slanted slab.
Emergency vehicles have been transporting the injured, but
officials have not yet said how many were injured. And some
