I have a Problem with this. Should that Bus or any Other Type Of Vehicle had Pulled Across in Front of a Bicycle. The Driver of the Vehicle would have received a Citation. Here the Bus Driver is Clearly at Fault. Yet There Was Not Citation Issued At The Time Of The Accident!! WHY NOT?? Would Like An Answer. Maybe The Local News in That Area Should Look In To It. Bicycles have not lights. Motorcycles are Required To Have A Front and Rear Light. How Hard Is It To See A 6 inch Headlight On A Motorcycle???
