HILLIARD, Fla. (AP) -- A 14-year-old Nassau County boy has been
hospitalized following a backyard brawl.

According to the sheriff's office, an adult was present when the
two teenagers began fighting in a "boxing match" Tuesday. The
altercation was part of an ongoing dispute between the teens.

The injured 14-year-old, whose name wasn't immediately released,
was transported to a Jacksonville hospital. He was in critical
condition Wednesday.

The Florida Times-Union reports that other teenager is facing a
criminal charge, as is the 35-year-old homeowner.
