DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) An 89-year-old Daytona Beach man and
his wheelchair were reportedly found at the bottom of his pool.

Police say Guy William Murphy's wife was making lunch Wednesday
afternoon when she noticed her husband had fallen in the water. She
could not go in after him because she uses a walker.

A police officer responded to the home and pulled Murphy out of
the pool. The officer and paramedics attempted to perform CPR on
Murphy, but the man died.

Authorities do not suspect foul play.
